Be a good costomer!!!
要享有高級的服務之前 請先當個有水準的客人!!!
雖然自己身在服務業 了解台灣的服務業有很多可以進步的地方
但是
在消費的同時 請不要以為自己都是拿"奧"州的護照
我接受批評指教 但不接受無理取鬧
拿"奧"州護照的客人在各國會得到如此對待
以禮貌聞名的日本 依舊會好好的伺候你 但你後腳跟一離開 老闆會狂灑鹽巴 驅楣運啦
以高傲民族文明的法國 客人COMPLAIN,客人永遠是錯的.要COMPLAIN 你去別家吧!!
以奔放自由的民族美國 容你在此地撒野??!! 乎你出去都可以
(我曾經看過讓我傻眼的場景 不過在頂級的餐廳 不會這樣 直接找BODYGARD把你架出去先)
在台灣呢? 就自己的工作場所而言 我們依舊會滿足奧客的需求 但你的PROFILE已經是被註記超難搞客人 有本事就不要再來
要再來 我想全館上下 就只有你一個人不知道自己已經惡名昭彰 成為BLACK LIST的客人 想踏進一步 門都沒有
"不好意思 飯店在你要來住的時候 永遠都客滿"
對於五星級的頂級飯店 大家對其服務有所期待 甚至更多
"NEVER SAY 'NO' TO THE GUEST"
更是我們所遵循的
沒錯 你付很多錢來住宿 買的就是我們的服務
但是請不要展現出吃BUFFET的心態 來下榻任何一間頂級飯店
對我而言 只要是我的顧客 任何人都可以享有最好的服務 我也很樂意為你完成任何的事情
但唯有有水準的客人 才會得到任何一個服務人員的尊重 而不是成為一個貪小便宜又沒水準的客人
就像是名牌衣服一樣
好服務很多地方都可以取得
會挑選名牌 看的就是一種地位 一種材質，後續服務的保證
當然價錢也不菲
這兩樣 有錢是都可以買的到
但有那個質 穿上名牌衣服才合
有那個水準 住進頂級飯店 也才感覺順眼
所以 請當個好顧客 我想 你也會得到 優質的好服務!!
(我想這時候一定有很多人反駁 只好下個前提 面對一個奧客的前提下
是對於一個頂級餐館或飯店 其提供了很好服務!!我想 如此才有資格去說一個沒水準的客人)
