Do I make you feel happy? - 2
你想不到我知道你的生日吧!!
呵呵~ 當然知道 (多虧公司建立了完整的資料庫~)
那是一種驚喜 那是一種開心
No matter who you approached to, they knew your bday and say "HAPPY BDAY" to you
after you will see a surprise that's a bday cack in your rm.
what a great memory and the first impression.
that's what I want to do, to creat the great memory for my customers.
but it's not easy to achieve in Taiwan now.
hard to get the balance between money and qualities.
that's all I know the situation of the idustry in TW.
有位客人連整個行李一起帶下來 剛好碰到我
一位日本人 用著流利的英文對我說
"這房間有菸味"
J "您住的是非吸菸房呀"
我只好解釋了一番 都已經開始全面禁止吸菸了 還是有許多老菸槍愛偷偷在房間吸菸
怎能體會 對菸味敏感的人可是非常的感冒呢
J "那要不要請房務 幫您做空氣清淨呢"
GST 面有難色的表情 (我想我了解了 立刻幫他換房)
這次可尷尬了 給非吸菸房居然有菸味 那我這次用什麼來保證
儘管客人說 如果這間還有菸味 他就放棄了
聽到這樣 怎麼可以呢
我盡我可能讓他知道 如果還是不舒服 一定要跟我說 我一定會處理
過了一會 我打上去詢問
我才一接通 說了"GOOD AFTERNOON"
對方就說 "是JANET嗎? 這房間真的很好 真的很謝謝你的幫忙"
呵呵~ 真是讓我欣喜呢!! 記住了我嗎? 我有讓你開心嗎? 那我今天也因為你而感到開心~ ^^

呵呵~ 能得到 Casual 大師的畫作 真是 Janet 的榮幸
其實長久看了你某些的創作 總會在某些時刻有相同的感動
